Håndboken er et nordisk samarbeidsprosjekt grunnet på Haga-deklarasjonen.

Innholdet bygger på innspill fra lokale og nasjonale representanter for brann- og redningsetater,

akuttmedisinske institusjoner og politi i Norge og Sverige.

Håndboken er ment som en sjekkliste og beslutningsstøtte for nødetatenes innsatspersonell

fra det øyeblikk alarmen går, under utrykning, og de første 30 minuttene på skadestedet

The handbook is a Nordic cooperation project due to the Haga Declaration.

The content is based on input from local and national representatives for fire and rescue agencies,

emergency medical, and police in Norway and Sweden.

The handbook is intended as a checklist and decision support for emergency services response personnel

from the moment the alarm goes off, under emergency, and the first 30 minutes at the scene
